​​Viv and I both have November 11th on our calendars as a day for deep meditation and contemplation as we tune into the possibilities of our journeys and that of the Collective. We invite you into our own flow through 11-11 in whichever ways feel best to you. Join us just for chanting or meditation, or join us for all three experiences! If you’re not able to attend live, the recordings of each session will be available for you to access later.

​Here’s what 11-11 Flow with Viv and Alicia looks like on Wednesday, November 11th, 2020:

8:00 am ET    Chanting live with Alicia via Zoom video, clearing our throat chakras and opening up our crown chakras (30 minutes) 11:11 am ET Guided Meditation live with Viv via phone (conference line), connecting in with Gaia / Earth and opening our heart chakras (20-30 minutes) 7:00 pm  ET  Chakra Activation live with Viv and Alicia via Zoom video, using sound and visualization to activate Flow in our energy chakras, allowing the community space to support the expansion of our individual capacity! It is going to be POWERFUL!​ (60-90 minutes)
