Happy new moon in Virgo! And now almost full moon in Pieces. ( Monday)

Sweet September indeed. I started this blog back on August 21. Hello “transition into fall, trying to catch my breath” reality. LOL. Here we are now at September 18.

I turned 50 a few weeks ago and I feel beyond blessed. Those of you who have already turned 50 know that it creates an opportunity for deep awareness and reflection.

I remember turning 40. That experience also invited me into a lot of reflection and, in fact, I created 40 chants in 40 days a practice which I shared on youtube leading up to my 40th birthday. That action that I took in a time of my life where I was really struggling in a lot of ways was truly transformative for me – both personally and professionally. I remember saying to myself (and anyone that would listen), “I am no longer doing anything that isn’t a part of my soul reason for being here. It was not the easiest decade I must admit, but it certainly was the most expanding and has led me to now – a time where I am truly happy and healthy.

What I didn’t fully realize at the time was that creating 40 and Fabulous was helping me lay a vibrational grid for the next ten years of my life. It led me to record my album 2012: Isn’t it Amazing and the founding of my business Sounding Still Wellness. It led me to chanting and singing in many yoga studios and healing festivals, where I taught meditation classes and facilitated lots of Rising Star Healing Sessions and initiations. It was a dream come true and it all began with my desire to heal and awaken myself. It did not always feel like a dream come true, but it was.

Now, here I am again looking forward at a new decade and I imagine I am laying a new vibrational grid, one that builds on all I have learned, both expanding and simplifying that which most resonates for me now.

What does this mean on a practical level and how can you look forward to tuning into me and my work?

• I am recording my sixth album to be released in Spring 2022. (YAHOO!)
• I am growing and developing my music teaching career at a resourced vibrant school called The Meadowbrook School of Weston, which provides me with community, financial flow and abundance and joy
• I am becoming certified as a Transformational Life Coach in Awakening Feminine Power, which will allow me to serve even more women as they fully self-actualize here in this lifetime.
• I am leading a retreat at Creacon Wellness Retreat Center in Ireland June 2022.
