Good morning. It’s MLK day and I am grateful to be basking in the afterglow of that extraordinary full moon lunar eclipse last night. And for those in the New England area, the patriots won and I hear it was quite a game.
I went to bed early, so I missed both the end of the game and the eclipse in real time. I did see Melissa Etheridge sing the national anthem before the game, which I found kind of odd. I also noticed how incredibly cold it was. Well done Melissa. it’s no fun singing when it’s that cold.
Today, I wanted to invite you to be still. Even in our action, we can be still. Take a moment today to listen to your favorite piece of music or take a moment to walk outside, despite the cold temperatures. Take a moment to breath and reflect on who you are and how much you have come through to be right here, right now. Meditate on the words of Dr. MLK, Jr.
It is an extraordinary time to be a human and if you are hearing a call to serve and play and explore more of who you are, trust that is it REAL. This call is for ALL OF US.
If you need help moving through this time or guidance as more and more awakens for you, please reach out. There are so many teachers and healers and guides that are here to serve you. If you don’t want to reach out to me through Sounding Still Wellness, check out Vivienne Gerard or Derek O’Neill.
May All Beings in All the Worlds Be Free and may the energy of this song I wrote over 2 years ago, “Freedom is an Inside Job” awaken in all of us and all of Humanity.
love love love
