I am thrilled to invite you to join me on my new substack page. There will be public posts for anyone who is a subscriber and then special classes and offerings for those who choose to subscibe. Here are some of the details: If you choose to subscribe monthly ($7) or yearly ($55), you can expect at least 3 posts a month: Sacred Sunday, Fun Friday, and Mantra Monday. These posts will always include some kind of sound file – either a song, mantra or spoken poetry/reflection.

It is with a deep breath and deep gratitude that I say thank you to all that are listening to my recently released album Frequencies of Love Vol. 1. This album is a true labor of love, beginning in the summer of 2023, released digitally and worldwide on 9/9 and the Vinyl shipping on 11/1.

The feedback from all of you has been wonderful – whether a parent of a student I teach telling me their child is requesting certain songs or the number of texts or DM’s I receive sharing a unique experience of the music. Making music makes me so happy – the simple creating of it brings me great joy. When others receive it and have their own exprience the joy magnifies.
