I have been in Europe for 4 weeks now. What an incredble gift! First was Dublin and Creacon and then the glory of the West of Ireland. So much to eventually share with all of you.

Then I was off to Italy on July 5. A few days in Ischia, then Rome, Then back to Ischia. I am finishing off this journey with a 5 day retreat in Ischia with the Happiness Sangha. So much joy and self-compassion. Here is a video of me singing my song 17 Years, that will be released on 9/9 as a part of the full album Frequencies of Love
