I am thrilled to share that I have 6 new mantras available to download and stream on Bandcamp.
This has been a labor of love and the result of singing live in yoga classes and festivals for over 15 years. It’s wild to me when I type that because in so many ways I feel like a constant beginner.
If you are new to mantra, tune in over on Substack as I hope to offer an article on each mantra over the next several weeks.

I will begin with the first mantra Aum Sri Premapranahuti. This comes from specific and powerful experiences I had with a spiritual teacher of mine Derek O’Neill. Since 2007, I have travelled to Ireland to his workshops or healing center developing my understanding of myself, the yogic and buddhist teachings and the energy healing therapies we practice. It was not always an easy or clear path and yet the richness, growth and joy feels like so much grace. When we chant this mantra, we call in this symbol of Divine Breath.
If you are curious about the Rising Star Energy Therapy, please reach out. It is a powerful time to align more fully to who you truly are.
This Volume of mantras is a part of the larger Frequencies of Love project that was funded last year on Kickstarter. There are 9 songs, 9 mantras and a book that includes 9 poems. The other 3 mantras will be released in September and the book hopefully by the end of the year.
May all beings in all the worlds be happy and free
Have you hear Volume 1?

Greetings all. It has been a while since I have posted, as I have been in a lot of deep personal contemplation. Sometimes on the journey, as an artist and as someone who chooses to see their journey as a spiritual one, there is the need for an outer silence, as one allows the inner landscape to shift and transform. I have been in such a passage since around April of this year. As you all know the noise in the outer world is quite intense and so I have found a greater need to slow down, be still and allow myself to get very clear about my next steps as an artist and as a human on this earth right now.

As some of you may know Jayajagatambe is a big hit with children. I am not sure what it is, but all the kids love this track. And I don’t know about you, but I trust kids. you can’t fake it with kids. If they are not feeling the music, that’s usually a sign the music doesn’t have it. You can
