It’s hard to believe we are here – November 2021. It was two years ago that I moved to Boston and began teaching full time while also continuing to perform and record music.

With the pandemic, much of my performing stopped and deep transformation began to unfold within. During that time I also turned 50 and ran my first 10K.

You can listen and watch me working on a new tune here inspired by October.

Now, here I am feeling a return to the very essence of who I am and why I am here. This essence also feels new and expanded – older and wiser, capable of holding more and worrying less. What a gift!

As I begin to record my 6th album, I wanted to invite you to two upcoming opporutinties to be with me, my vibration and some new songs.

First on 11/11, I will be doing a chanting event on ZOOM. It’s a pay what you can situation, though you will need to register to get the passcode. Check out the FB event here.

On 12/21/21 – Winter Solstice – I will be chanting live at Power Yoga of CapeCod with a limited number of guests at 15. If you don’t register in time or would rather not be in person you can also sign-up to livestream it.

This will be a true coming home for me – to my beloved Cape Cod and on the winter solstice, a time when I love doing events. The energy will be healing, uplifting and sacred. I would love to be with all that feel called – whether in person or online.

Enjoy this new moon in Scorpio. We have all been evolving at a rapid rate.

What an amazing time it has been since 12 Rebirth officially released on May 17, 2019. I am so grateful for all that are downloading and listening and sending me messages to say how it is resonating. It means a lot!!

Here is an interview I did with Bob Weiser at WOMR right after that concert, talking a little about the record and my upcoming time in Cincinnati.

I had an extraordinary time over the Summer Solstice in Ireland at the Creacon Wellness Retreat and my whole concert is available on their facebook page.

Thank you to all who joined me at the show. It was truly special.

Tomorrow I am heading out for a month of travel away from Cape Cod to share the music, share connection and open myself to more love, more joy and more expansion.

I will be doing a house concert in Western Ma and then Kirtan outside Montreal (my first ever show where most everyone only speaks French). I will be sure to stick to AAAAAUUUUUMMMMM. 😉

After that I drive through Canada experiencing the Alogonquin Provincial Park (it’s an Algonquin Water Song that you hear at the beginning of I am the Ocean),

I will have short stops in Ann Arbor, MI and Toledo, OH and then land in Cincinnati for a couple weeks with my friend Vivienne and family. There is still space in the Cincinnati House Concert July 26 and at the first ever Gaia’s Love Festival on Aug 3, so please consider joining us.

IMG_0562Greetings all. It has been a while since I have posted, as I have been in a lot of deep personal contemplation. Sometimes on the journey, as an artist and as someone who chooses to see their journey as a spiritual one, there is the need for an outer silence, as one allows the inner landscape to shift and transform. I have been in such a passage since around April of this year. As you all know the noise in the outer world is quite intense and so I have found a greater need to slow down, be still and allow myself to get very clear about my next steps as an artist and as a human on this earth right now.

The good news is many new songs have come through me and the vibration they hold is one of truth, love, hope, human fragility, the power of connection, and transformative joy. Join me on Aug 31 at the Barnstable Tavern to hear some of them live. I look forward to recording them over the next few months and sharing this new vibration far and wide.

Today, this new moon in Leo feels like a rebirthing and so if felt powerful and true to say a quick hello and let you know I am still here and will be sharing new music very very soon.

In the meantime, please feel to reach out in anyway should you be interested in some live music for an event or a private energy healing session. These are powerful times to be alive and I am grateful for each opportunity to connect in the vibration of love, truth, peace, non-violence and right-conduct.

IMG_5240Wow. Another full moon in August has come and gone. I don’t know about you but this past weekend on Cape Cod was just perfect. Full Moon. Hot Sun. Cool air. Beach time. Live music. Family and Friends. As Mark Erelli writes in his song August, “A fool would ask for more” (ps. check out his new upcoming release Milltowns on Sept. 9)

This time last summer I can’t say I felt as good as I do now. In fact, I had just finished 30 days of antibiotics for Lyme Disease and was not feeling very inspired in general. Isn’t it amazing how our lives go through cycles. The longer I live and practice spiritual teachings I have received, the more I allow this to happen with ease and grace.

Want to open yourself to some of these teachings, not to mention connection, community, fun, and BLISS? JOIN US this weekend at Love Yoga Fest. I will be opening the day on Saturday at 7am with a chanting of the Gayatri Mantra, among other chants and then signing again on the Main Stage at 5:00pm. I will also be at a healing table with Kristen O’toole offering the Prema Agni & Rising Star Energy Healings Systems. This energy was taught to us by Derek O’Neill, who will be in Boston on Nov. 9.
